Yoga has supported me in having more ease and flexibility in my body and I value this tool more than any other in my life for stretching and loosening stiffness in the body. It is also a fabulous way to connect with the life force flowing within you and to feel the powerful energy that you really are. The focus on the breath can bring you to an awareness of calm and peace that always exists right within you in every moment. Accessing the breath through yoga can support you in maintaining calm amidst the storms of life.
