Wanted to add that I will begin teaching again shortly, and look forward to working with people who have felt limited due to accidents, poor health or just generally being out of shape. My classes are for beginners and are very gentle and build strength and energy slowly. Included in the classes are breathing techniques for relaxation and handouts so you can practice the poses at home.
