I just returned from yoga training and am excited to begin teaching again. I did not realize how much my own body had strengthened and healed having practiced yoga for the past 10 days regularly. I did not do much yoga, only about 10 minutes a day of stretches and a few poses. Even with this limited practice, when I sat in on the teacher training I had taken 10 years ago, I was awed and delighted to notice all of the poses I could do that were not even possible when I began. A true testimonial to the power of yoga and how much the body loves being stretched.
